Tox, PRP hair rejuvenation, and microneedling are provided under the GlowTox RN brand and processed through Persimmon as medical services. These are not paid with Beauty Bank credits.

SEA Beauty Bank Membership – Key Terms
- SEA Beauty Bank is a recurring membership program that provides service credits and included services for specified Skin Envie Aesthetics treatments.
- Beauty Bank service credits have no cash value, are non-refundable, non-transferable, and may only be applied toward eligible Skin Envie Aesthetics services.
- If the cost of services received exceeds available service credits, the remaining amount is due at the applicable member rate at the time of service.
- Beauty Bank service credits and included services expire on December 31 each year.
- SEA Beauty Bank is not a gift card, gift certificate, or stored-value product and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Medical services provided through Persimmon Life cannot be paid with Beauty Bank service credits.

Gift Card Terms and Conditions
Purchased gift cards issued by Skin Envie Aesthetics™ and GlowTox RN™ do not expire and carry no inactivity or service fees, per California Civil Code §1749.5.
Balances under $10 may be redeemed for cash upon request. Gift cards are non-refundable and redeemable only for eligible SEA & GlowTox RN services and products.
Promotional or complimentary gift cards may include expiration dates when clearly disclosed at issuance.
Beauty Bank Terms & Membership Rules
Beauty Bank is a promotional membership program and not a gift card or stored-value product. All Beauty Bank credits are promotional and include expiration dates.
Credits expire on December 31 of the year purchased or 12 months from purchase, whichever comes first. Unused credits are forfeited after expiration.
12-Month Minimum Commitment:
A full 12-month membership is required before cancellation.
Hold periods do not reduce or satisfy the required 12 months.
Hold Policy:
Members may place their membership on hold for up to
3 consecutive months per 12-month cycle.
During a hold, credits cannot be used and services cannot be redeemed.
If a member redeems credits or uses Beauty Bank pricing while on hold, the hold ends immediately and counts as the full 3-month allowance for that year.
6-Month Option (After 12 Months Completed):
After the initial 12-month term, members may upgrade or downgrade to a
6-month Beauty Bank plan.
6-month plans cannot be placed on hold.
Value Rules:
Beauty Bank credits have no cash value, are
non-transferable, and non-refundable.
Credits may not be used to purchase gift cards.
Third-Party Financing & Pay-Later Options
Skin Envie Aesthetics and GlowTox RN may provide access to third-party financing programs such as Cherry, Klarna, or other Buy-Now-Pay-Later providers.
These programs are fully administered by the financing provider and their partner banks. They are not managed, regulated, or controlled by SEA, GlowTox RN, or Persimmon.
All approvals, denials, credit checks, interest rates, repayment terms, and consumer reporting are governed solely by the provider’s terms, conditions, and privacy policies.
Use of any third-party financing option is optional. Clients remain responsible for full payment of services rendered regardless
