With over a decade of experience in skincare and aesthetics, Susie has been enhancing skin health and beauty since 2013. Before becoming a licensed esthetician, she owned and operated her own skincare spa — a foundation that shaped her passion, skill, and dedication to the industry.
Susie graduated top of her class at Paul Mitchell Academy Sacramento, where she later taught esthetics before shifting her focus toward business expansion.
Known for her precision and compassion, Susie specializes in hyperpigmentation and brightening solutions. Affectionately called “the Vicki Belo of Northern California,” she’s celebrated for her rejuvenation techniques and flawless facials.
When she finds time away from the treatment room, Susie loves to travel. Her favorite destination is Switzerland, and her dream is to see the Northern Lights in Iceland.

Certified Nurse Injector
Elle is a Registered Nurse with undergraduate studies at SDSU, a BSN from Manila Doctors University, and postgraduate training in Clinical Trial Design & Management at UCSC. Her love for skincare pulled her from the operating room into aesthetics, partnering with Skin Envie Aesthetics™ (SEA™) as the premier nurse injector while growing her own brand, GlowTox™ RN—where clinical precision meets natural beauty.
Her background spans acute-care trauma hospitals; ophthalmic, plastic, and orthopedic surgery in the OR; organ-transplant coordination; and medical device clinical trials—training that builds steady hands, fast judgment, and a deep respect for safety. The artistic eye? She was born with it.
As a licensed esthetician, Elle blends medical science with advanced skincare to create subtle, natural results. She provides concierge treatments through Persimmon Life, a physician-directed platform for safe, compliant aesthetics, while SEA serves as her treatment home for your convenience.
Outside the treatment room, she’s either in Bible study or waist-deep in a river with a fly rod and her hunting dog, Liam.

Ligaya brings warmth, organization, and a personal touch to every client experience at Skin Envie.
A licensed tax expert, she balances her love of numbers with her passion for beauty and connection.
A true skincare advocate, she’s made caring for her own skin a lifelong priority — and it shows.
Outside of work, Ligaya enjoys volunteering and performing in cultural dance productions with Parangal Dance Troupe, often sharing the stage with her daughter.
When it’s not tax season, you’ll find her at a world-class beach destination — toes in the sand, enjoying a well-deserved escape — always with SPF and a wide-brim hat.
