Refunds & Returns – Skin Envie Aesthetics
Service Refunds
All Skin Envie Aesthetics (SEA) services, including facials, skincare treatments, and wellness services,
are professional, elective procedures. All service sales are final and non-refundable.
Individual results vary based on skin type, anatomy, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare.
Dissatisfaction with an outcome, where treatment was performed as agreed and within the standard of care,
does not qualify for a refund, credit, or complimentary retreatment.
Product Returns & Exchanges
To keep safety, inventory, and distributor requirements clear and consistent:
SEA does not accept returns of any products, does not refund any products, and does not exchange products for services.
This applies to all retail items sold or displayed at SEA locations, including but not limited to professional
skincare, home-care, and promotional kits. Once a product leaves the premises, it is considered final sale.
Gift Cards & Credits
SEA gift cards and electronic credits are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash,
except where required by California law. Gift cards and credits:
- May be applied only toward eligible SEA services and products, as determined by SEA;
- May not be used to pay for medical services billed by Persimmon or other third-party medical entities;
- May not be exchanged for other products, services, or cash equivalents.
Service Packages, Promotions & Memberships
All pre-paid packages, promotional bundles, and membership payments (including Beauty Bank funds) are
non-refundable. Unused services or balances:
- Have no cash value;
- Are non-transferable to other individuals;
- May not be converted to product, gift cards, or other services unless SEA expressly states otherwise in writing.
Authorized Distributor Terms – Olivia Quido Clinical Skincare
SEA as an Authorized Distributor
Skin Envie Aesthetics (SEA) is an Authorized Distributor of
Olivia Quido Clinical Skincare (also known as O Skin, OQC, or Club O).
SEA provides education and in-person recommendations, but all official product terms,
guarantees, pricing, and corporate policies remain under Olivia Quido Clinical Skincare.
Club O & Online Shopping Links

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges for Olivia Quido Products
SEA does not accept returns, provide refunds, or perform exchanges for any Olivia Quido Clinical Skincare
products—whether purchased in person or online. All returns and refunds for Olivia Quido products must follow
the current Olivia Quido / Club O Return & Refund Policy.
If your Olivia Quido order is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact
Olivia Quido Clinical Skincare Customer Service directly using the contact options published

SEA and Payment Information
For Olivia Quido online purchases, SEA does not handle, store, or have access to your payment card data.
Payment information entered on the Olivia Quido / Club O websites is processed and secured by their payment providers
